Delete your account and data
The fastest and safest option is the authenticated deletion control inside the app. This public page is available when you cannot access it.
Delete inside the app
Sign in, open You → Delete account and data, read the explanation, type the required confirmation, and submit. The production deletion process removes the account and associated private app data and signs the device out. Shared group information may be transferred or retained only where another group member still needs the shared record, as described in the privacy policy.
I cannot access the app
Email from the address connected to the account. State that you want the OK, Sounds Fun account deleted. Do not include a password, magic link, verification code, recovery key, payment information, or government identification.
Request deletion helpHow we verify and confirm
We verify control through the authenticated account or the account email. If that is not sufficient for a high-risk request, we will explain the reviewed next step rather than asking for secrets in ordinary email. We will not say deletion is complete until the required systems succeed, and we will describe any applicable provider backup or security-log limitations.
What to expect
Deleting the account ends access and is not an unsubscribe-only request. Marketing consent, if introduced later, will have a separate withdrawal control. For access or correction instead, use the privacy-request page.
